Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients by providing professional and experienced inspectors and CQC managers committed to the inspection, observation and documentation essential to a successful certified project.

All of our services include:

• Daily inspection
• Serving as a Project Inspector and performing all the duties required by Part I of Title 24 of the California Code
• Verifying that all tests and inspections required by Title 24 CCR and the approved project documents have been conducted
• Coordination of special inspections testing
• Correspondence with project manager and architect
• Attendance at weekly progress and Pre-Construction meetings
• Reviewing of the monthly payment application and as-built drawings
•  Verification of punch lists completed work
• Final Verified Reports to DSA (as required by DSA)  

Our Inspectors are proactive in their approach to inspection, keeping an eye on the progress of the project as it develops. They study the contract documents and are proactive to potential concerns before they become costly problems. They are frequently able to catch little problems before they become large problems. They look after our client’s best interest to ensure that every item on the project’s scope of work is completed and is in compliance with approved plans and applicable codes to ensure a safe occupancy within schedule and project budget.
